Nia exceeded my expectations ! I injured my knee in January and thought it would never get back to how it was but Nia's knowledge and expertise really made my knee feel normal again. An amazing place, and great staff. I have been coming once or twice a month for 8 months, and I have noticed so many good results overall! I used to have tension, pain, feeling heavy, stiff, and that is now all gone, little to say that I do not recognise my old self.
