Treatment unavailable as room too hot. This should have been addressed before the appointment. Deep tissue massage given, definitely not relaxing. Fire alarm went off, massage stopped. Had to evacuate. 30 min massage was offered. This was supposed to be a relaxing birthday massage. I would like my money back. Poor service. You could hear people having a shower. Would advise not to go.
