The spa was inside the hotel on the first floor. You have to wait in the waiting area to be let in - but it was not signposted. The instruction from booking could’ve been better. Other than that, the facial and massage I had were both good! There’s after care advice also and it’s a very relaxing experience.

WOW! Shelley was A-MAZING! That's the deepest and most thorough deep tissue massage I've ever had. Lovely rapport and genuine concern for her client. Room was a little small (and warm!) but I'm already planning my next visit!
