Francesca was excellent - although it was supposed to be a relaxing massage, we agreed to change the pressure mid-way through as she identified several problem areas, that were soon sorted. Brilliant experience and look froward to the next one.

We really enjoyed our short afternoon visit to the spa - we used the gym and the sauna, and then had some treatments. There isn't a whole lot of space to get changed, and no individual changing rooms as such. We weren't told where things were when we arrived so we just stumbled around and opened random doors and asked other guests. Overall it was a pleasant afternoon - the 90 min treatment was lovely and I really enjoyed the massage and facial, but I did ask for a heavier pressure...
