FYI it’s the 1st door to the left - The door to the wellness centre is only signed though a second door making it difficult to find ,
Only towels so if u are funny about people in the gym seeing you in swimwear bring your own but it’s very small so u should be ok
& if your unsure what to do like me just hover at your treatment time
