I had a full-body massage as part of my birthday plans, but was disappointed to find out on arrival that the sauna and steam room were under renovation, despite being included in my treatment. There was no prior email or notification. I understand renovations happen, but I expected to be informed beforehand. No goodwill gesture or partial refund was offered, and I had to contact them myself. The massage was enjoyable, but overall it wasn’t the relaxing birthday experience I had hoped for.

Francesca was wonderful! She was so lovely and welcoming, which was amazing since it was my first time visiting. She regularly checked that I was comfortable and had everything I needed, instantly putting me at ease. The massage itself was fantastic and really helped ease a lot of the tension in my back and shoulders. I highly recommend her and am already looking forward to booking my next appointment!
