This really was a lovely spa experience. Asha was nice and friendly and knew exactly which areas I needed most work on. The treatment room was comfortable especially the headrest which isn’t always a comfortable part of the bed. In the past when I’ve had a massage I’ve felt quite achey the day after but I didn’t this time. I will definitely go back for another t

I had an amazing experience at the spa. Jolie was lovely and provided a wonderful and professional service. I felt very relaxed while getting my facial and my skin felt amazing afterwards. Ideally situated between Deansgate and Manchester Oxford Road stations, Escape Spa MCR is a beauty treatment room located at the Innside Hotel in Manchester. This hidden gem of a venue is the perfect spot to visit if you are in need of a moment of relaxation, with a number of calming, soothing treatments to choose from.

Use of the wellness suite is included with all treatments.

Why not indulge in a facial or treat a loved one to a pamper package? The hard working team here will ensure that you can unwind and enjoy your time here in this peaceful, polished treatment room.

We ask all clients to arrive on time not too early , not to late and your therapist will meet you on the first floor. We ask everyone to fill out the consultation forms emailed to you and rearrange any appointments if any symptoms arise.

We do not have a card machine on site. Payment can be complete via bank transfer, cash or I can send over a payment link .
