Sam was excellent, she took more time than what was allocated to really go through all of my history and in great detail explain how Chinese medicine and acupuncture works. She is very knowledgeable with a background in Western & Chinese medicine. The deep tissue massage with Yana afterwards was a great too, one of the first masseuses who actually goes very deep into the muscle.

First time I had Yana, and although it was a little harder than im used to - It WORKED!!!!!! My back has never felt this light and free after. I have real problems with deep knots from my neck down and Yana really really has made it better overall. So impressed.

The Thai foot massage was explained to me as a treatment like reflexology but using more pressure points. I totally recommend it. Yolanda was thorough, attentive and listened to my responses and questions.
