I had a very good deep tissue massage at Equilibrium. The masseuse was attentive and knowledgeable - she was obviously working on my own specific concerns rather than just giving me a standard massage. Very good value for a massage in London. I will definitely be going back.
Service and quality of massage was fantastic! Probably one of the best massages I've ever had. Myriam knew exactly where was sore and fixed all my spots! Can't wait to go back for more!!!
The place was ok, nothing special, there was a confusion with bookings but in the end we got the treatment. The massage itself was good, unfortunately i cannot remember the name of the lady.
I arrived at the place which is a typical East London massage palor, nothing too fancy but very clean and the manager was very friendly straight away. They made sure that I'd chosen the right type of massage etc. The lady giving the massage was careful to check pressure and then when she had finished ensured that they gave the extra ten minutes because we had started late. I did not feel rushed at all and left completely relaxed.
Had excellent massage, the masseur had good knowledge of pressure points in the back and she did mixture of deep tissue/ sports massage.
Highly recommend this place if you need massage for muscle straint, tension,spraints and serious problems such as sciatica which i have. The place is tidy and clean, the staff are presentable.
