Sam studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, for 5 year full time course at the Middlesex University in UK and Obtained BSc (Hon) in 2002. She worked as a registered nurse for many years in abroad and UK before she became TCM practitioner. Sam is an enthusiastic and passionate practitioner, who tries to motivate clients to make positive changes in order to improve their overall health and wellbeing.

Gloria is originally from Italy, has leanrned Ayurvedic massage from Italy, Furthermore, she obtained ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council) level 3 qualifications for the massages in UK. By applying Ayrvedic massage technique, she uses long and deep strokes to soothe and warm up muscles to promote relaxation, balance body and mind.

Marzena has joined our team recently, originally from Poland, and acquired qualifications of level 3 Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Massage few years ago, and continuously has been studying for level 4, 5, 6 Sports Massage at the university in London. She will be graduating soon to be a Sports Therapist. She is kind, a good listener, sympathetic, and has a passion to improve client's quality of life by giving therapy in all her power.

Elena is from Italy. She gained ITEC3 qualification in holistic massage in London over ten years ago. She is also qualified in Neuro-skeletal realignment therapy in which gentle and controlled pressure is applied to specific nerve points that stimulate tension activity to cause change within and around a stressed muscle. Elena is also qualified in Thai Massage and is a Reiki level 3 Master. She will apply all her knowledge during your massage session to maximise the benefits of your treatment.
