Always a great experience when I go here. Service is exceptional and staff are lovely. I recommend this to all my friends! Love it!
Don't be put off by the outside (which I had never even noticed in a year and a half). The rooms are clean, music is relaxing and staff extremely competent. Wish the massage had last more than one hour but I feel really relaxed. Definitely would recommend, good value for money and could be a good gift.
I was recommended to come here by my friend and therefore had quite high expectations from her feedback. I was not let down, the staff were lovely and professional, the massage was the best I have ever had, every part of my body felt revived and as if I could run a marathon! I will certainly be using this place again and can't wait to try their other massages.
It was my first visit to Equilibrium. The salon doesn't look like much from the outside however it is nice once through the doors. The staff were lovely. The massage was good and the therapist ensured she was relieving my back pain.
I had a very good deep tissue massage at Equilibrium. The masseuse was attentive and knowledgeable - she was obviously working on my own specific concerns rather than just giving me a standard massage. Very good value for a massage in London. I will definitely be going back.
