The room was not tidy, the therapist did not leave the room and watched me undress. Also, the therapist had just come back to work from lunch and whilst doing my facial she burped and it smelt of garlic, so it wasn't a pleasant experience.

I had shellac manicure n pedicure, shellac started coming off from nails edges same day and after 2 days it chipped out from 3 finger nails. I was away on holidays n emailed the salon. No response, when came back, called and explained but lady over phone said will call me back after speaking to manager. I had shellac in past from different salons and it stayed for couple of weeks. But this time it was very bad experience with cheap quality products n services .
