Having booked a trial offer, I wanted to see if my type of hair could be handled sympathetically and creatively. No such luck! Instead, I received a very basic trim, even though I asked for my trim to include feather cutting to give more volume. The staff did not know what I was asking for, or were simply not interested. They did not showcase any meaningful work, and I may as well cut my hair myself. I will look elsewhere for any hairdressing of integrity.

I don't recommend this massage if you want to focus on your shoulders/upper back. The therapist only did 3-4 moves on my shoulders (where most tension is) and the same repetitive moves going up the spine. It was boring. Good/average on the rest of the body but there is better massages out there !

Excellent service and attentiveness by Shazia at Embellish beauty. Rather than just doing whatever I booked, Shazia had a conversation with me about what sort of style I wanted and the function I was attending. I’ve got a bob haircut and I knew curls were a no-go so she suggested wavy hair and took the time to show me various designs which I appreciated very much. I’d definitely come here again!
