Unfortunately the salon was running behind today and I also didn't have treatments with the requested therapist. However, I did have a lovely therapist and enjoyed the experience. I booked to do my eyebrows in advance but when I finished the first two treatments I had to wait meaning that I had to spend longer than usual. This let my experience down slightly as I am a regular to the salon. If I had not paid for treatments in advance I would have left. Hopefully my next experience will be better.
