Both the facial and massage were great. I particularly enjoyed the massage as I had sore legs from a particularly long run the previous weekend. I was asked what pressure I liked and she delivered on this. Just what I needed. Will definitely be going back again. Thanks

The music in the spa wasn't the normal relaxing music you would expect, it was jungle! and it was far too loud when I got into the treatment room, it did get turned down slightly eventually. When I walked into the spa it was unbearably hot, but the treatment room was cold.
At the start of my massage I asked the therapist to focus on my neck and shoulders as I'd been suffering a lot with tension headaches and I asked her to use a lot of pressure. This didn't happen, usually during a massage they work on knots to get rid of them, this didn't happen. I was extremely disappointed and feel it was a complete waste of £39
