I had previously visited Elley Spa more than a year ago and since then they have had a little shuffle round & built an extra treatment room and it feels much improved. The atmosphere still does lack that cosy/luxury feel that I like especially when having a pedicure, and I think this is down to the seating, as you are on a bench rather than a cosy chair. I did feel a little awkward having to rest my feet on the therapists knees and it did make it a little difficult to relax completely but the therapist did a wonderful job on my feet and was extremely thorough which I really appreciated and I would definitely return.

Slight mix up to start as the slot booked via Treatwell wasn’t actually available, but I got a call to say they’d rearranged some appointments to fit me in which was amazing. I wasn’t sure which facial to choose so the therapist talked me through the different options and I settled on the Heart of the Ocean facial. The combination of cleansing, exfoliation, moisturisation, hot towels, massage techniques and a deep cleansing masque was perfect. The therapist was very friendly and professional and thoroughly checked all products when I mentioned a sensitivity to almond oil which I found very reassuring. Very impressed and will definitely visit again.
