Very friendly and professional. I was explained everything about the procedure and aftercare plus potential dangers or unwanted scars. I liked the fact that I was well informed before the procedure. The procedure of removing the skin tags by Dr Alya Qubaty was painfree and so far looking good - wounds are healing nicely and looks like the removal was successful. She was very gentle, kind and knowledgeable.
