I arrived for my appointment the surgeon was very precise on what the procedure was drew up a diagram procedure went well I was happy both men were very friendly and answered any questions I had aftercare info was clear clean environment explained exactly what he was going to do next throughout so happy looking forward to seeing the end result thank you
