The appointment was ok, it’s just the follow up for the top up if needed, I didn’t get it, last time they gave me straight away appointment for follow up and they have done for me the top up, this time they said, it should be fine, I have to call to get an appointment if I still need more Butox. which I am not happy, they have to arrange an appointment for check up even I don’t need any top up.

It was my first time visiting this clinic to get skin tags removed. It was an awesome experience. The clinical manager George was very informative and Dr Kay was great too. Was made to feel very comfortable and felt in safe hands. Will definitely be coming back.
