Elemis called me back after I had a bad experience at my last facial. The experience I had this time was much better. Mia is extremely knowledgeable and also calming which is ideal to relax after the chaos of Oxford Street. Will definitely be going back again.

My therapist was amazing. Had to wait for about 15 minutes to start though. Am a frequent visitor and the quality is always varied. Have had good, bad and average.
The music from the store is distracting but unavoidable.
Towels didn’t smell clean.
