The facial itself is not really what I was expecting. It has simple cleansing (the way I felt) and applies mask. It doesn't include removal of black head and upper lip hair that I think they are very basic for all kind of facials. However for the value I paid, it is what it is. The most impressive was the massage chair that I sat during the treatment and it was really comfortable. The environment is clean but I would suggest they can adjust the brightness in the room as it was too bright that I couldn't feel relaxed enough.

They were running a bit late, but made a huge effort to see us as soon as they could. Plus after, they were very helpful explaining what products would be best for our skin etc.
