I was really delighted by the trouble Nicola took to diagnose my skin needs during my facial at Debenhams. She spent time really looking at my skin before the treatment and asked me what my concerns were then chose the products carefully and specifically. The whole treatment mwas very relaxing and I was really happy with the improved moisture content of my skin- my skin felt really different- the tightness had gone. It felt smooth to touch. My depleted skin had been nourished and I felt nurtured , rejuvenated and cared for. I felt relaxed and pampered the entire time, confident that I was in expert hands. What a wonderful resource the Elemis spa at Debenhams is in the heart of the hectic West End. Thank you.
