As I had a £10 voucher, I spent £20 for a mani pedi, which was relatively okay for what I got, however for £30 I wouldn't have been so satisfied. The venue itself was in a small room with no ambiance as such. The paraffin wax which was a nice touch and the beautician took the time to ask if I was happy with the shaping of the nails and colour regularly. She took care with removing cuticles and did a good job shaping.
The polish however was quite gloopy, as was the topcoat, and not much choice of colours. There was no nail polish dryers so had to wait for them to dry naturally before I could leave. By the time I got home, I noticed the nail polish wasn't painted right to the junction of nail/skin and was uneven.. and because the polish was gloopy it obviously hadn't dried sufficiently so had smudged. I therefore had to paint my hands and toes again myself when I got home.
Overall, not bad having spent £20 for both manicure and pedicure but wasn't the best..
