They didn't take care for the manicure to dry. The polish used were not good quality and smudged. They didn't get rid off the hard skin on my feet and I they didn't wait for the polish to dry and made me leave the treatment room.

Staff were very understanding and the massage was great and I felt comfortable as was a great atmosphere. The only thing I would say is website could have the information about payments at the salon so I could of planned ahead before payment.

This was my first time going in for a laser consultation and I didn't know what to expect. The lady was very nice and tried to explain everything. I was just surprised to hear that most people needed 12 sessions to get rid of hair, as I've read on the internet that 6-8 is the suggested number. Other than that, I'm just deciding not now whether to start this journey or not.
