Hana is the sweetest person ever. Her customer service was 10/10. I even got a lil goodiebag. What threw me of was that there was a camera in the room (pointed at me and my intimate area) apparently it’s because they do aesthetics in the salon. It made my slightly uncomfortable. The wax was good tho and not that painful. The lashlift was decent for the pricepoint but my lashes weren’t super curly after.

Such a wonderful woman! Amazing at what she does nearly fell asleep during this wax (full legs and hollywood!) Really knows what she's doing and her hygiene standards are so high its refreshing to see someone have so much passion with what she does.
