This wax was the best I’ve ever had. Not just the quality of product (literally painless) but even the eye for detail Hana has and her knowledge! Her customer service is 11/10, I never met anyone so caring and passionate about their job. She explained me aftercare properly and even how to prepare for wax next time. It was worth every penny and I understand to all the reviews on this platform. I’m going to be regular for sure. It is worth the extra £10 compared to other places. Mindblowing experience, how someone can make waxing a comfortable treatment full of laughter and nice conversation.
