Really couldn't fault Solace Spa in any way, and I now wouldn't go anywhere else. I am always impressed by how professional, friendly and caring the team are at Solace - this is not the sort of Spa you feel self conscious and on edge. If you think Spa's aren't for you - think again and try Solace :-)
I had me eyebrows threaded and the therapist was absoluteyl great, she was very professional and know what she was doing although i think the price is a bit too high

I went for a massage and it was ok, i did ask the therapist quite a few times to be firmer but she wasn't...overall it was relaxing but did not really relieve deep tissue tension.

The threading technique here is virtually painless, professional and very quick. I would definitely recommend it. The facials are also very advanced too and the best i've had in Birmingham.

Absolutely brilliant Dermalogica facial, gorgeous products, steam was amazing (though I can understand why there is a box to tick to say you don't suffer from claustrophobia, as it is slightly daunting at first - but amazing after that!), heavenly head massage while the products got to work and the heated blanket was the deliciously cosy icing on the cake! The relaxation room was very nicely done, with sofas that make you want to curl up and sleep and the whole place had the feel of a super chilled temple. I didn't use it as only had a facial, but feel the need to point out that the shower in the treatment room looked fab, which they don't at some spas. My friend and I both left feeling completely relaxed and in awe of how soft our faces were!
