I regularly visit Solace for various treatments. Solace is ideal for me because it is located near Birmingham city centre, and also has free parking. More recently I have been visiting mainly for waxing, but my favourite treatment would be the back massage. I'm so pleased with the spa that I've also recommended to friends, and colleagues (who benefit from the location because they can book in a quick treatment during their lunch break or after work.)
The staff are incredible and ensure that you receive the best experience as part of your treatment, as well as excellent customer service. I'm always asking them questions about various different treatments, advice and suggestions for my skin and body, and someone is always more than happy offer me great suggestions.
When I book a treatment at Solace I am certain that I will receive a treatment of the highest standard, with great customer service.
The friendly staff coupled with the relaxing atmosphere at Solace Spa meant that my experience here was really excellent. I am very pleased with my nails and will definitely be returning. The location is ideal and was really easy to find - the on site parking was a real bonus!
I have been going to Solace Spa since it opened. It's a very relaxing and tranquil place right in the middle of Birmingham. Karen who is the manager is always very welcoming and friendly and all the therapists are excellent. I usually have Lorraine as she gives the most amazing back massage and her pedicures are to die for!
I have recommended my friends to go to Solace and they love it too.
It's my treat to myself once a month when I can escape into the relaxing envioroment of Solace.
If you are looking for a spa thats not the run of the mill in a gym then this is definately for you!
