The moment I stepped inside I felt welcomed and comfortable. My haircut was fantastic, and I love it. As someone who often feels uncomfortable in a salon and finds small talk horribly awkward, my experience with Lottie really made all the difference. She, and her colleagues, were so easy to talk to, and made the whole experience a delight.
