It was my first visit - I needed a restyle after a dodgy haircut elsewhere. Jess did a fantastic job she knew exactly what look I was trying to explain and even with my thick unruly waves she nailed it. I love my new look!

Uneven haircut, 3 different lengths from each side of my head and had to go to another hairdresser to get it fixed.

I really didn't get the haircut I was hoping for. She didn't cut enough off the length or give me enough layers and she completely butchered my fringe. I gave up asking in the end because she just didn't listen. Too interested in her boyfriend's upcoming birthday night out in Portsmouth. I won't be going back.

Jess was great with my daughter and did exactly what we wanted. She was so kind and patient even though my daughter struggles to sit still. My daughter loves her haircut, would highly recommend Jess.
