Jess was so attentive and really listened to what I wanted. She then spent the whole appointment teaching me how to style my hair how I like it and giving me lots of tips. Once she was done I was truly shocked. I have never left a hair appointment feeling as happy as I did this one. Truly so talented and I was so happy x

Despite arriving late (apologies!) I was able to have my hair washed and cut. The hairdresser listened to my request for a style, and she advised not to go as short as I wanted, due to not being able to style with my straighteners.

Last minute appointment with senior stylist, lovely trim and style. Relaxed atmosphere and have always fitted me in with last minute availability. Highly recommended
