Sorry I didn’t get the ladys name but she was so patient with me. I was acting like a complete baby over the wax lol and she still managed to get the job done. Thank you so much

No visors worn which goes against covid guidance, face masks were put on by staff but only because i was wearing one. Hair was washed with freezing cold water. My hair has been cut so badly, my layers are so bad and i didnt want to say anything for fear of having even more cut off. Will have to wear my hair in a bun for a couple of months now.
On to the Hollywood wax. What i will say is that she was efficient. However hygiene was iffy at best, and she kept opening the door when i was half naked

Dimple’s is great. She is very attentive and quick! Which i always think is great as it’s less time in pain. Dimple’s is very friendly and overall I always have a great experience and am always happy with the results! Would definitely recommend :)
