THE BEAT WAX EVER! I’m such a baby when it comes to the pain but dimple was so quick that I had no time to react to any pain. She was brilliant. She kept speaking to me throughout to keep my mind off of it and was always checking in with me to make sure I was okay. I done half leg, Hollywood and under arm which was meant to take an hour but in record timing I was done in 15mins. I will be back again and highly recommend xxx

Awful just awful. I was the first client of the day. The wax had not heated enough yet she proceeded to wax.
There was wax marks all over the wall.
I had to rest my head on my clothing, as the cushion was not covered.
I was not made to feel welcomed. No music, no talking. Just silently.
The rubbish bin was full of rubbish from a pervious day.
She used massage oil as a after wax lotion. I had to rush to local beauty supply store to purchase my own after wax lotion
