I chose Dimple the owner based on the reviews. It was not her, how I knew it wasn’t was bc the lady I met didn’t know how to turn on the lights & made a phone call. Upon that acknowledgement I confirmed she wasn’t Dimple. The wax itself was subpar & not thorough. I pointed out areas that still had hair, but my skin was so irritated from repetition I gave up. It was not clean either & the bed against the wall made it awkward to open my legs properly for the treatment. I will not be returning back

Wasn’t great wanted my hair balayage blonde but it’s ended up going ginger!!

I was really happy with the facial - the salon is new so was quiet but lovely staff and I will definitely go back.
