Easy to find, great located , a few minutes from Oxford Circus what is import for people like me who have to travel . From first hello I felt I am in friendly and professional hands. Balsam is avery friendly and welcoming , she explained everything with attention to details and made the treatment as comfortable as possible. I am looking forward to more treatments already . Really enjoyed my facial here! Balsam was very informative, Sweet& she reassured me throughout the whole process. She answered every questions i had in detail and ensured that the consultation was done in detail. The actual facial itself was great! There are slow improvements, however with time and more follow up facials, I will see even better results. I will most definitely come back, as I feel like I have gained her trust!

Amazing clinic, brilliant advice, took their time, helped me with all my questions, made me feel at ease and really have made a difference to my neglected skin, I think they are the best, located right in front of bond street station they were easy to find, The prices are good and they take their time, I am really pleased and have booked in facial treatments in the next 2 weeks, thank you for everything

I wanted to give my skin a boost because it was looking lifeless and dull.
I had the microneedling treatment where a peel was applied to my skin followed by microneedling. Then a mask for added extra and creams on top.
I could see a difference with one treatment. After three treatments three months apart my skin never looked so good. My skin is even and plump.
I was made to feel comfortable and listened to. I really trust this clinic to look after me and I would highly recommend.
Amazing experience from phonecall enquiry to booming and treatment, Balsam was a wealth of expertise and experience and answered all my questions thoroughly, I loved the time she took and the care and attention to detail, after three treatments my acne due to hormonal changes is looking 1 million percent better!
