Fantastic experience with Balsam! Took so much time to go through the procedure, making sure I knew what to expect. Had an excellent treatment and can’t wait to return and continue my treatments.

I was supposed to get the micro channeling but it wasn’t right for my skin because I have acne. We ended up doing the fire and ice facial and the results are great. My skin is looking good and I had a really good experience during the facial!

Really nice place and very local . Balsam was so friendly and reassuring . She clearly knew what she was doing . Balsam gave me a long consultation understood what I wanted to achieve. Assessed my face to see what suits me and really took care of me as I am a little bit scared of needles . Thank you Balsam . I will be back for sure for now that I know where you are .

Balsam was great, She is more knowledgeable than other people who do facials, having studied as a pharmacist, so she knew exactly how to deal with a spot I had which has been identified as actinic keratosis. The facial was very thorough and my skin has looked so much better since my Beyond Fire & Ice Facial. I will be back for sure.

I wanted to enhance my appearance but did not want to change me but only to look better. I chose DermRefine as I saw the 5 star reviews so it provided confidence to book. I was greeted with a big smile and a warm welcome. Balsam listened to me and understood my concerns. She had a wealth of knowledge to offer. The clinic was clean and I felt safe in her hands. Balsam made every effort to ensure that I was comfortable. I highly recommend DermRefine. Coming for skin all my skin treatments too.
