I had the most detailed consultation with Balsam who is clearly a subject matter expert and we worked together to understand what’s best for me and my skin. The Fire & Ice treatment turned out to be exactly as promised and it’s quite noticeable too! It definitely feels like the best start for me to start taking care of my skin like I should, with some professional help!

The facial I had was very amazing. She explained me every benefit of the products and the treatment which was very helpful and gave me an insight of my skin type and what treatment should be beneficial . She was very lovely and during the treatment she explained me in-depth about what is she going to do and what are the benefits and how it reacts with the skin . I would definitely be going back to her as she’s given me a great skin care to rely on and I would definitely recommend everyone especially newbies like me to invest in something incredible
