I loved my experience with Balsam, it was my first micro needling session but she made me feel completely at ease and explained everything in such thorough detail, she clearly has a wealth of experience and knowledge and is passionate about what she does. There was no hard sell for any products or further treatments as I’ve found with other places, just honest advice. I’m over the moon with the results after just one treatment so will definitely be returning!

The Fire and Ice treatment was AMAZING. I adore Balsam, as she's really committed to improving people's skin, not just giving them a temporary glow that some of the more cosmetic facials aim for. I was given heaps of aftercare advice, and my skin looks better than it ever has! Balsam is incredibly knowledgeable, as well as one of the most friendly humans I've been lucky enough to meet!
