Unfortunately this started off badly as when I arrived the salon was closed with the shutters down & the ansaphone on for the phone. I called Wahanda & they were just in the process of reimbursing the money when the owner came down the road. She had been stuck in traffic and commented that anyway she was only 5 minutes late. Mm.
The haircut I had was fine and I may very well return, but am wary about booking again because of my arrival experience.

I have been to many salons over the years, some claiming to be the best and charging extortionate prices. I consider myself very lucky to have found De-Lady's salon amongst the others. I have been going to the salon for over four years now and De-Lady is a brilliant hairstylist. She is also incredibly knowledgable about hair and offers very fair prices for her services.
I have natural hair and always have it washed, pressed, trimmed and as of recently, coloured. I wouldn't trust my hair to anyone else and I can honestly say that De-Lady is on a different level to the stylists I've tried in the past. I know when I go to the salon that I will be welcomed warmly by De-Lady and Joan (her lovely assistant). I also know that my hair will be in trustworthy hands and that I will leave happy with the results every time.
I was very please with the service that I was given at Dlady, the staff was kind and very welcoming, they made me feel comfortable,the salon was really clean so they get an A+ for that. I had a full sew in with a closurer, I installed 3 pack of extensions and was suppose to pay extra due to the fact that I wanted 3 instead of 2, but my hair stylist being the rock star that she is, she said that it was okay and that she is not going to charge me for the extra pack. All in all I highly recommend Dlady salon. Thanks the Dlady

It was a late booking I made and they accpeted it. I had a great time, and a nice hair cut. Friendly and lovely staff.

De Lady is amazing! Lady gave me the best hair pampering ever! Will recommend her without hesitation! Friendly, patient and explains everything she is doin as she does it including the products and what they do. Booked her for my daughter already! Fabulous woman! Love it! Her assistant Ms Jane is so warm and lovely too! Fab jobð
