The actual salon was really unclean and just felt grubby. The appointment started 15 minutes late. There was three therapists in the salon at the time, who were laughing at other clients, being mean to one other person who worked there and generally made it a ‘mean girls’ vibe. I had lovely eyebrows before and now I have thin, weird flapper girl brows. The girl didn’t clean my skin or her hands before she started.
