I came for nail extensions and received honestly the worst treatment and service I have ever had when getting my nails done. I regularly get nail extensions and had to switch salons due to moving to Brighton for university. The nail tech (Mirham) was rude and blunt - she applied one of the nails badly and it was really painful and after I told her, her whole tone changed with me and I felt uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there. I was also charged £10 extra than arranged which she did not tell me about. When I got home I noticed a lot of bleeding around my cuticles and considerable pain in my nails. I contacted the salon to ask for a refund and I was met with a very rude and confrontational response - because it was no longer bleeding they did not believe me. customer service is absolutely atrocious. I’d read good reviews about this place which made me try it but I would advise anyone to avoid this place 100%.

Laura was so lovely being the first time I had ever had my nails done, she answered any queries I may have had which was super re-assuring. The only worry was that my nails were cut a little too short and actually started to put pressure on my real nails when the extension was on top. I sadly to go back 2 days later after a lot of pain and bleeding to get them removed. I was in so much pain but once again the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Just such a same as the nails were pretty xo

Hour appointment took two hours and still felt rushed by the end and considering I’d asked for and made very clear what I wanted (rubber base, builder in a bottle and then my colour which is what I have at my usual salon however I have moved away) however it isn’t a thick or sturdy feeling as I’d have hoped. Lady also cut my finger while filing. The treatment was no reflection on the staff who were lovely and very friendly, just wasn’t quite what I expected when I usually pay less for what feels like a better quality outcome.
