I had a great blow out with Armandu. He was super professional, gave me a head massage whilst washing, and did an efficient and beautiful blow dry. So glad I went before my holiday party! It's not a super fancy place, but the service is good and price is right. Would def go back for this service!

I had booked in for a £50 restyle and my appointment was at 12.30 but I wasn’t seen until at least 1.15pm. After that I was left with wet hair whilst the understaffed team panicked over other unsatisfied customers. There were 2 staff members working after apparently being let down by 2 others and around 3 customers in the salon at any one time. After sitting with wet hair for far too long, I asked whether a possible solution for their lack of capacity could be to just provide me with a trim and rough dry my hair. At that point I just wanted to get out of there and on with my day as there didn’t seem to be an end in sight.
I ended up walking out of the salon looking almost the same as I walked in, but having lost 2 hours of my day (and £50).
I’m extremely disappointed and still awaiting a refund from the salon, which they couldn’t provide me with on the day due to booking via Treatwell. They did admit that the service was unacceptable and apologised, but I’m yet to be remunerated.
I would definitely avoid this salon unless you have a whole day to spend waiting.

spent 6:30 in a living room instead of 1:45, and have to add £ 25 I'm very angry !! I do not recommend you to get a hairdresser
