I should have not gone after reading the reviews but I decided to give it a go.
I booked a blow dry and explained to the stylist that in order to make it curly he need to use a straightener Because my hair it is very straight. He told me that they charge £5 to use it and that he doesn’t like to suit it anyway. I was shocked to hear this. I have never paid extra to use the tools need it for a blow dry of my choice.
He went on to use only a brush and pull my hair so much that it hurts.
I will not be going back to this salon. It is outrageous to charge extra and it is not worth the money.

Simon & Luna were very accommodating. There was a bit of waiting before my treatment was commenced and it was a very busy day I would suppose. But overall, the experience was lovely, I got the cut that I wanted as Simon constantly asks me if I’m happy with the length and style. I would definitely go back.
