I have been several times in this salon and as always staff is very friendly and professional. The only problem I had was with the Treatwell online system, for an error in their system I payed a ridicolous 5 quid for the baylage and I clearly had to pay the full amount (with no Treatwell discount ) once there. It is clearly not salon's fault and they have been really nice contacting me as soon as they realised about the mistake!
