I decided going to Crystalise for me to fix my Balayage where a lot of places I have been have not been able to get the colour I wanted. The staff there are very friendly and welcoming. I showed Tony a picture of what I wanted and he was able to do it as well as recommending what would look best without putting too much colour into my hair. The results are amazing and I am inlove with the colour of my hair and how my hair has been cut into layers. Would definitely be recommending this salon to my friends. So happy I have found my new hair place !
I didn't want to say anything , especially after month and a half , but I'm so disappointed with what you did with my hair.I asked for ombre ,I showed you picture ,but instead I got some lighter highlights on the bottom of my hair and ugly dark roots on the top.The roots were painted , but you put the paint just on the roots , while you should place the dark paint on longer part of the hair for the real ombre effect.I spent there almost 5h as you were very busy.You convince me to buy some treatment that apparently fix the hair ,but my hair are very damege competing to before.Blond colour after just few days went yellow.I was trying to convince myself that it's not that bad , but it's so far away from what I asked for ,it makes me depressed.I have a yellow , damege hair with ugly dark roots.I paid over £100 for that ,but it was not worth it .
