I had the OPI gel manicure and I found the staff really friendly, especially the nail technician. The salon looks good and very clean, and I was offered hot drinks both when I had the manicure, and when I returned to have the gel polish removed, and on the latter occasion was offered magazines to read. The nail technician was warm and conversational which made it a lovely and relaxing experience, and she did my gel manicure beautifully. My only disappointment was that it lasted less than 2 weeks so it was worse value than I was expecting, but everything else about the experience was excellent.

Absolutely superb, the staff were so friendly and kind. Within a few minutes I was offered a hot drink. The manicure was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend any person to go to Crystallise for a beauty treatment. The beautician was very well informed and she advised me to always have shellac removed with acetone and not the drill. I cannot praise it highly enough. Thank you Treatwell for introducing me to this lovely salon.

I definitely recommend this salon, I love my new hair colour, the balayage has made such a difference. I felt very well looked after and offered drinks multiple times and magazines. I did have different staff bouncing around working on my hair but I didn't mind bcos they all ended up being very good and it showed what a good team they are. Paid extra for toner and Olaplex treatment but worth it. The decor was nice and glam inside and out, great friendly staff and once again I love my hair! Will definitely be back, thanks to all the talented team at Crystallise, happy to find a new salon <3 :) AMAZING x
