Amazing, attentive and super knowledgeable staff. Took on the job of totally transforming my unmanageable, dry hair that had very long extensions in. Gave me the best cut and blend I've ever seen and the balayage is to die for 😍

Lovely pedicure and Mary was very sweet. My only critique is that the pedicure was on a massage table rather than in a dedicated pedi chair. However, Mary did a wonderful job of offering me tea or coffee and a biscuit and making me comfortable.

I had a very positive experience at Crystalise Hair Salon. I had a picture of the kind of balayage I wanted, they asked me a lot of questions to make sure that I would have been happy with the final effect and gave me good advice. The atmosphere was very friendly, and I will definitely go back!

I have visited the Crystalise Salon to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure. The salon is small and the first floor is completely occupied by the hair dressers, so we had to use the downstairs treatment room instead. While it was comfortable to sit on the massage/treatment bed, reading magazines and sipping prosecco, I don't think there was enough light for the lady to see the nails properly! There was no table to place the hand and half of the nails were not pained evenly. She also missed the cuticles, the polish chipped the way next day. As we were there for over two hours, the room got stuffy and hot and there was no windows or aircon either. The staff in the treatment room next to ours where having a great laugh about something to be aware of if you are in for a quiet treatment. If you are after a chat and an experience, the staff made sure it is a pleasant one. But if you actually want a good quality manicure or pedicure, I won't recommend this place.
