Very pleased with my Balayage. I'd never had my hair coloured before so wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the colourist was very professional, and I love the outcome. The only warning for other customers is that I spent a lot more money than I had originally planned as the cost on treatwell only covers the Balayage bleaching step. Need to pay for toner and treatment on top. But overall, very happy. I also had a cut and blow dry, which was done very well.

Staff member asked lots of questions initially about what stage of waxing/shaving I was at, allergies etc, which was good and gave me confidence.
