Really quick, professional and friendly lunchtime appt. Lasted 2.5 weeks before the tiniest chip and have been complimented so many times on the colour (76). Will definitely come back.

Upon arrival, I was not acknowledged by the staff on the Reception desk. After asking where I had to go, the one word answer 'downstairs' was given without the staff member lifting their head. Upon arrival downstairs, the beautician didn't know if she was expecting me. She never at any point asked my name, introduced herself, explained what would happen during the treatment or ask about my previous experience/medical issues. She then seemed surprised when I hadn't had eyebrow threading before and tried to convince me to have waxing instead as she didn't think I would be able to stand the pain! The overall threading was value for money at £10 but the ambience, cleanliness and customer service needs a lot of work!
