The place was not that busy and it was at the end of work day so I think everybody was a bit tired. Nevertheless, it would have been nice not to be rushed to sit in the chair and then to get out of it. At least clean the threaded eyebrows of my face before I leave the salon or give me time to do it myself. Overall I am happy how my eyebrows were threaded so I would recommend it.

First to say, treatment itself was great, the therapist did my eyebrows well. I was unhappy with the overall experience because nobody answered the phone (although they did call me back a few hours later) as I couldn't find the salon (there are two Tony & Guys in Covent Garden). Then when I went downstairs to the beauty area, the therapist who was doing someone's nails ignored me, and the other customers who obviously hadn't been there before. I didn't know if I was in the right place so had to go back upstairs to ask the hairdressers. My therapist had been standing in a back room, and was quite late seeing me. She was really good at the threading though!
