The lady was very professional - very quick and efficient. A few hairs left at the end which I would have liked a little more attention to, but definitely the best wax I have had so far.

The service at chic beauty was very disappointing.
I get Holywood wax done, with hot wax, regularly since I was 13 years old (I'm 25 now). It has been a long time that I dont feel much pain, almost none while having a wax.
The staff doing it at chic beauty was clearly in a rush to go home. The service that is said to take 20min took 8min (I was on time for the appointment)
It was very, very painful. She used strip wax several times in combination with the hot wax. Something I said it was alright if absolutely necessary but I still preferred only hot wax.
When I got home I realised there was still a bit of hair left (long ones, not even the short ones that are hard to remove). Not only that but two days later I still have a red long mark on my asscheek where she pulled the wax wrong.
I am definitely not coming back. I expected someone well trained to be working inside of toni&guy and I expected that for £32 she wouldnt hurt me beyond what's normal for a wax.

Had a rushed treatment as a friend of the lady was there so obviously she wanted to get me out as fast as possible. At the end I asked for something to soothe the burning sensation but was refused. The appearance of my eyebrows themselves is fine, however i have a scar on my eyelid now from where skin was pulled off amongst the waxing.
