The only downside was that I was kept waiting for 15mins past my appointment time. The staff weren't apologetic and actually seemed annoyed that I'd turned up on time. I got the impression they had very little time between appointments. Having said that, I was out on time and the treatment itself was good.

Great location. Reception don't seem to care about the beauty side of business (upstairs is a hairdresser). I was sent downstairs where there's no real reception or waiting area. Treatment took place in a room that is directly off the main floor. Beautician stayed in the room as I undressed and I was not given a towel to cover my modesty.
